DAY/MONTH-OF EVENT MANAGEMENT 

With this option, Little Owl Productions does much more than show up for your event. We provide the following services: 

2-4 weeks prior to your event we will:

  • Complete in-depth consultation to understand client’s vision, get to know all vendors involved, and identify any loose ends

  • Determine event sequence, flow and guest experience

  • Create and provide a comprehensive timeline and action plan from the beginning of your event day until the very end

  • Review all vendor contracts and get answers to any remaining vendor questions

1 week prior to your event we will:

  • Take over vendor communications, including final confirmations

The day-of your event we will:

  • Be on-site with an event manager and assistant(s) for 10 hours

  • Act as command center and main point-of-contact for the entire event

  • Ensure all vendors deliver as promised, set-up as needed, and pick-up as required

  • Set-up any special event décor or elements such as favors, gift bags, menus, signage, guest book table, auction, etc

  • Gather and direct family and bridal party for wedding procession, ceremony, photos, and any other gatherings of your VIPs

  • Run ceremony in partnership with other relevant vendors (officiant, musicians, venue). Gather and direct any ceremony participants, ensuring the ceremony happens as planned

  • Manage flow of the event and smooth transitions; ensure appropriate spaces are ready at the right time, staff is assembled as needed, and guests are directed as appropriate

  • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities and final payments

  • Ensure valuable items, gifts, and envelopes are turned over to a trusted individual


A LA CARTE EVENT CONSULTATION AND SERVICES 

  • For an additional fee we can provide a la carte consultation on a specific topic, service, or to help you get over a hump in planning. Consultation topics may include managing your budget, creating a checklist and work plan, searching for vendors, identifying blind spots, event design, and making your event unique. A la carte services may include guest check-in, talent management, program production, decor design and/or set-up, vendor acquisition and/or management....the possibilities are endless!
