When we first met her at our venue to talk through everything we were in the thick of it—and felt like there was no way we would be able to get everything together on our own. Get Little Owl to do your event. You won’t regret it. My partner and I knew a lot of what we wanted for our wedding but we are not detail people and both work a million hours a week. It was like having an extravagant wedding planner except we could afford it! and when it got to be a month out, she went to the venue with us and helped us figure out where to put everything, made an amazing spreadsheet for us to fill out (because we had a lot of good ideas and about 1000 loose ends), so she helped us organize things, and then a week before we basically just handed things over to her.

Unlike other planners/coordinators I talked to, Rhiannon made me feel so so calm every time we spoke. She just has things handled and is so kind and good at executing whatever vision you might have. And the actual day of? PERFECT. we had a bunch of different moving parts and my goal for the day was to not be in charge of anything, and it totally worked! it was. . . such a dream. I think Rhiannon is really filling an important gap in bay area event planning. Couldn’t recommend more heartily.

...Little Owl worked out a schedule, everything down to the minute, it really helped us visualize our day and figure things out. On the day of, I was blown away by how organized everything was. All my decorations were put out how I wanted, not a thing out of place! Rhiannon really allowed me to enjoy every minute of my wedding and even got me water to make sure I was staying hydrated. She was awesome to work with and just such a sweet person! Before she left for the night she had everything packed up and ready for us & for the vendors to pick up. My experience with Rhiannon was an exceptional one. I found her to be on-point in all aspects. She is warm, direct, calm, confident, and clearly enjoys her work. She’s extremely attentive and I appreciated even the little things, because by the time your wedding happens, you may find yourself incapable of making even the smallest of decisions! She’s very organized and the way she handles all the many details helped keep me on track and not worry. I hardly worried about anything, a big part due to my trust in her. She handles things you would never think of unless you’ve been married before or helped someone with theirs. Her fee may seem a bit high at first, with all the other costs of a wedding, but she’s worth it. My wedding day was a seamless, dreamy, love-filled day and I will always be grateful for the role Little Owl Productions played in this.

Rhiannon was the “day of” coordinator for our wedding at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley, California. We absolutely LOVED her! She was extremely organized from our first meeting at the venue a bit more than a month ahead of the wedding. She walked through the whole event with us and worked out small things like where the piano should be situated to get the best sound. A few weeks before the wedding, she put together a detailed spreadsheet laying out all the details, vendors, items to be delivered, and who was in charge of what. She provided support and encouragement when I started to get stressed, and took charge of everything starting the week of the wedding. She contacted all of our vendors to confirm what they were bringing and when, and even noticed that our caterer had forgotten to order the Huppa (I completely missed the error) when she reviewed the list of rentals. She took care of this last minute snafu within 24 hours! On the day of, she made sure everything happened according to our timeline and consistently was checking in with us to see if we needed anything. In addition to being on top of everything and super organized, she is just the sweetest person and is such a pleasure to work with. I was SO SO happy to have her help for our wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Little Owl Productions for your wedding or event. You cannot go wrong with Rhiannon!!
