We use high quality ingredients from unique, small batch producers, locally sourced where possible, farm crafted, low intervention, and some organic & biodynamic products. Enjoy homemade fruit syrups, sloe gin and edible florals from our gardens, as well as mint oil, herbs, cucumber and strawberries from our kitchen garden.

We offer three carefully curated drinks packages. 

Our BRONZE package is a great choice for larger weddings or those working to a budget, whilst our SILVER & GOLD drinks packages are just that little bit more refined and decadent.  If you appreciate hand-picked wines matched to great food, then these options are for you.

As part of our SILVER & GOLD packages, we invite our couples to a complimentary wine tasting event through our award-winning wine merchant - TANNERS.
